These terms recently popped up while looking for some butter information.

White Butter

Polensky Value

What is White Butter, and what is the Polensky Value?

White butter is just what it sounds like: butter from cream that runs towards the naturally white/pale end of the spectrum (as opposed to cream with a yellow tinge), and without any added coloring (annatto, turmeric, etc.).

So we finish the eighteenth and he's gonna stiff me. And I say, "Hey, Lama, hey, how about a little something, you know, for the effort, you know." And he says, "Oh, uh, there won't be any money. But when you die, on your deathbed, you will receive total consciousness."

So I got that goin' for me, which is nice.
