This show is mostly for professional bakers but it is open to the public admission is free on the 20th of November from 8am to 5pm

Unfortunately it has been cancelled by the looks of it

How odd. I had thought about going as it's not far from me, but the information for the event was a bit patchy!

Why you say patchy?

It had a lot of pdf forms for download in the event pages explaining what was all about.

I agree that it is a bit patchy. The information comes out on the website usually less than two weeks before the show is due which I feel would give businesses, who are already busy preparing for the festive season, difficulty in participating.

Next show for bakers, the main one in Australia, is FoodService Australia in Sydney 12-14 May. Used to be called the Catering Trade Fair.
