I can't imagine what the Farmer's Market was like this summer on the town's Common. or if they had one. \a tough year for so many , including local small farms.

for such an ' expensive ' item , and from a supposedly fine company its a major mistake to supply flimsy racks . Major. can the App work on an iPod ? i dont have an iPhone. @JoNorvelleWalker " I hear it postpones dementia to read things upside down. "" it does , until one learns UsideDown. its easier to learn than Sanskrit . takes a few hours , then that's all the dementia time you are going to save. also try writing w your non-dominant hand . same thing.

@Anna N quite interning : """ Covered with onion gravy. """ you added this yourself ? why not ! "" the hint of the flavour of kidney "" I dont even know that that flavo(u)r is like after a significant Vaccination Period (s) Im going to have to get out more and look into that. -
@Anna N "" If you caramelize an onion or two and add to the onion gravy, you will be in for quite a treat "" there is it. I have tried the ' Gravy Granules " will report later. no beef , as none was implied ... it might not bee that different than wh9ch (ve sed , and have in DeepFrig to add colo(u)r to my more made gravy.

Oooooo! Oooooooooo! Bezos insisted : for me there are tow issues w Exogenous NaCL : as this is not IndexMedicus fine but items you buy w salt will affect your Tongue 's ability to taste that what Ive found , some time ago one pays rasanoble attention to the salt in what is pre made , or from outside sources. after 2 - 3 months or so LeTounge , wakes up and might reward you. cheers

[ed.: sorry about the typo ' WSDJ ' should have been ' WSJ ' ] https://www.wsj.com/articles/from-baking-to-sous-vide-this-smart-steam-oven-is-your-new-kitchen-bff-11601816401?mod=searchresults&page=1&pos=1 probably behind a paywall nothing really new here for eG . nice pics and decent explanation of what a steam oven can accomplish in the end : "" The best way to know whether you’re in the market for a steam oven is to look at some of the recipes that are out there. You can download the Anova Precision Oven app (or visit the Anova website) and see the recipes for yourself, even if you haven’t bought the machine. You can also visit a handful of sites I found—curiously, all in Australia—that provide guidance about the best things to cook with a steam oven: Cooking With Steam—A chef and his pals share recipes and advice in video and podcast form. They also published a cookbook Steam & Bake—A food writer shares some very useful tips, including some very handy “Cheat Sheets” and other downloadable graphics. Combisteam Cooking—A smaller collection of recipes and blog posts, including environmentally friendly guidance on keeping steam ovens clean. ""

MA has no tax of food , unless it is ' prepared ' if a grocery store has prepared food they make for take out , taxed a can of Prepared Lasagna , is not. clothes are not taxed , unless over $100 an item . I think. then there is the usual Yearly Tax Holiday Weekend . go figure.

@Norm Matthews I was about to suggest that the Irish Court should have other things to occupy it's time . thanks to @Norm Matthews as this is a tax dispute , its probably right at the top of things for them to do.

I like starting by apologizing for starting a new topic. Id like iPot users take on the various versions and what they think about those newer than the duo , as its the first ive had and those two ' handles ' made a big difference from V1 I do have two iPot 6 qt spares , purchased at various Prime Days quite inexpensively . Im on the hunt for a 3-qt , on Prime day so : https://www.amazon.com/Instant-Pot-Duo-Mini-Programmable/dp/B06Y1YD5W7/ref=sr_1_3?dchild=1&keywords=instant+pot+3+qt&qid=1601654646&sr=8-3 for me , the standard to beet https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07R6V1MXW?ref=emc_p_m_5_i&th=1 the Nova https://www.amazon.com/Instant-Pot-Ultra-Programmable-Sterilizer/dp/B0777XZBMZ/ref=sr_1_4?dchild=1&keywords=instant+pot+3+qt&qid=1601654930&sr=8-4 the Ultra So , if you have a favorite , having had an older model what do you like about the newer ones ? I agree for the 3 qt , hopefully all on Prime day the price difference is not that dramatic still , will all the various accessories ... thank your for your insight.

@ElsieD exactly !

@ElsieD with in LabError as noted above : I think 150 mg of NaCl for 50Ml of gravy
-
you Gave Masters are driving me to so I got these , for scientific purposes only : Im a fan of hydrolyzed onions : I use it to darken my home made gravy . what's next ?
-
@Kim Shook if your a fan of EotR , try it SV until tender or look for a Chuck Eye , which in my area is very hard to find ( era Before ) set your done-ness by the temp , and let it swim for some time to your tenderness point. chill a bit , then pan sear. use the Jus in the bag ( it does look unappetizing ) as p-art of your gravy. cheers

I really wanted to try Bsto. w free prime , I dont have to by 25 $ etc so Ive been indulging in things ... from Amazon : no idea on the salt content , but I noticed this is ' Suitable for vegetarians " i know about hydrolyzed onions etc , but I decided to hold on a trial No Cows harmed it seems there is a Chicken on on Amazon , again , no chickens were in harmed I did track down NaCL ; 50 ml as made by directions : 180 mg of NaCl these are not criticisms , just point of information.
