for me , the best pizza Ive had , and have had it several times, is at Pepe's in NewHaven. as I recall , they don't do round. they do pan-ish delicious those pizzas were ; Bacon , and the other White Clam. both at the same time of course.

ive seen many eps of Cook and Chef decent show. there are many fine cooking shows out of Australia a unique one and very worthwhile is : Food Safari. learned a lot about Asian foods , and Asian packaging in Asian stores. the same for Middle Eastern item w very little english on the packaging.

I now have Nori-on-the-Brain [ sic on the brain part ] I know I have an unopened pack or two of sheets somewhere , probably from the previous Century there is a small , wonderful grocery near me Formosa something im sure they have all the right stuff. but i wont be going there until I get my second C-17 Vacc's as that's my plan. so now I get to Toss and Turn all night thinking about Nori. I know this is going to happen. Amazon just wont make it for more for Nori.
