I love every bit of them too!

Haven't tried to cook a cookie. Will this really work?

C. sapidus made me so hungry right now! I'm craving for that now!

I want ScottyBoy and dcarch to meet in the middle of the country to cook dinner together. I'll offer my house as the spot!
Agree on that. I imagine what will be the table look like when they're done cooking. I bet it will be awesome!

I only do it if the food will be worth eating either cold or re-heated.
I second that. And sometimes, when the food is really good but I'm already full, I definitely do it.

I like this Lifeproof case for iPad...

My favorite is Godiva as well. But I like to try some other chocolate liqueurs. I'm thinking of trying a Mozart or Cadbury Cream Liquer.

I usually put lemon (juice and zest) in my cream cheese frosting which zings it a bit. Salt helps.
Sounds great. Will try it out next time.

Agree too. I don't think Chicken feet is enough. But I love it marinated then toss it into a charcoal grill.

That sounds like a great challenge having no idea where to start. The veal heart tartar looks really great!

I have 4 and 8 oz cafe glasses from Ikea. Not fancy but they work.
That sounds great. Will drop by IKEA this weekend.

I love the Empanada oh I mean the Cornish pasties!
-
Love the Shrimp Spaghetti as well as the Cauliflower, Beef Tendons noodles and the Ribeye Steak! Awesome!

Sounds good. But why would the cheese ruin the sandwich?

Haven't tried pastis but absinthe is good. I tasted a couple of shots when a friend bought home a bottle from a different country.
For those who tasted both, what do you prefer?

Good thing you didn't get cut by your knives. I got cut just 3 weeks ago. That's why I don't like my knives to be super sharp as much as possible.

I haven't watched another Top Chef Season for quite a while. Hope to catch on some new seasons.

Very well said there Edward. I agree with everything you've said. I remember an instance here in my part of the world where a group of 'bad' professional bloggers used their power to blackmail a restaurant for bad reviews if the owner won't give them the amount that they are asking for. Of course every restaurant owner will hate to hear or read bad reviews which are forged or made up for the sake of 'money'. You should really be aware of these scenarios.

Had a couple of restaurants that I visited but didn't remember the name. Food is good but some of their services are slow. Some are all good. Specially the one that I dined in Kowloon Bay. Will post pic when I sorted out my camera.

When I read the thread "loomi" I thought it is some sort of a soup. Never tried this drink but it sounds great and easy to prepare.

Big fat Spanish green Gordal olives, marinated with garlic and toasted almonds.
That sounds great!

No help from here as well. But you might want to watch that whisky wall blog for news and updates. I'm sure they will post it there.

That looks really great ScottyBoy!

Agree that home made burgers are great. You can do or put whatever you want in them. Sometimes when i get lazy fast food chain burgers works for me.
