Burger with mozzarella, arugula, and homemade aioli with black garlic. Side of steamed rapini with butter, nutritional yeast, and umeboshi vinegar.

Pork tenderloin slow-cooked in Tony Chachere's seasoned butter, over grits, with oven-roasted kabocha squash on the side.

Chopped Cheese sandwich: Saute some onions, add a slab of ground meat, let cook on each side until a bit of a crust forms, then chop the meat up and keep it cooking until thoroughly done. Add melty cheese on top (American is acceptable, as is muenster) and let the cheese melt, serve on a sub roll with ketchup and mayo, topped with lettuce and tomato. Quick, easy, and completely delicious.

Thank you! It's really easy Saute up a diced onion, 2 diced stalks of celery, two diced poblanos, and a clove of minced garlic. Add a teaspoon each of ground cumin and coriander, a teaspoon of oregano, and some cayenne to taste. Add a pound of ground meat, cook until thoroughly browned. Add two cans of white beans and a can of hominy Let cook about ten minutes Finish with a half cup Greek yoghurt Garnish with lime wedges and fresh cilantro.

Gah! Fixed now. Sometimes copy-and-paste doesn't do the "copy" part. And sometimes when I'm awake at 2am I don't notice that.
