@gfwebThat bacon in the eggs looks wonderful. I need to remember to do that. @JoNorvelleWalkerYum on the pasta dish. Venison cheeseburger pizza, peppers and mushrooms The usual broccoli salad and (very) hot wings to go along with the first USFL games And then Easter Prime rib done at 220F until 125F in the center and then rested for a while. After that put under the broiler for a tiny bit Crab puffs Not quite @weinoo's spargel, but inspired by a bit......I've had this canned asparagus (I know, I know, but I like it) from Spain forever and thought it sounded good. Especially since I only had those two sprigs of asparagus ready from my garden. Broccoli with cheese sauce (Ronnie had a baked potato, too, to put that on) This wine to go with Anyone that knows me around here knows that I am perfectly happy--even prefer--my Franzia boxed wine . I know NOTHING about wine. But this was good. Dry...but fruity. Fruit salad Boughten raspberry pie that is to die for.

Looks really good. I'm now wanting ham....need to buy a smaller one for us. And, yeah, those beans are the bomb.

I've learned to have some sort of bib or napkin while I'm reading about your trip to mop up my drool. That tartare..oh my. I sneak slivers of raw venison and steak all the time (no lectures please lol) so I know I'd love that...never had it. And...it's Easter. One must have deviled eggs for Easter. It's a southern thing here in the states, maybe, but it's a must at my house now and all when I was growing up and Grammy and Mom made Easter dinner.

I have been craving sloppy joes for like 7 years. YUM.
-
I loved the Lion's head mushrooms. Got some more. I did them very simply--dry fried for a bit then added a tiny amount of olive oil, salt and pepper. The package under the cucumber had dog treats--they were in the penny section. Dogs loved 'em.

Years ago a Bonefish Grill came to the big city and I've always wanted to try it. Never have. And now that I'm even more of a hermit, I prolly never will lol. That dip looks delicious @Kim Shook I have been craving mushroom Swiss burgers. So, made some out of venison. They were good...but not like I was wanting. I don't know exactly what was missing. Maybe the ones I remember having had more of a sauce with the mushrooms? I cooked them in butter with Worcestershire sauce..... Got cold again so vegetable soup and ham and cheese toasties Spagetti night Jalapeno brats Had some lemons and berries so lemon posset for dessert (mom's birthday was Sunday so dessert in her honor ) Last night was breakfast. I cooked my eggs in the tomato Brussel sprout pan. Ronnie did his separately.

I also love those blue rimmed glasses etc. I was down to one wine glass left (broke the other trying to load the dishwasher🙄) so I went on an internet hunt to find some more. Found some on Wayfair finally. I'd love to have one of those pitchers, but, like you, I really have no use for it. That margarita looks so good. It's been a loooooong time since I've had one of those. And, I was torn between the Mexican Plate and what you got....I went with the Plate because the enchilada sounded good along with the rellenos. I like to live vicariously through you .

	Scrapple!!! @rotuts Loves scrapple!

I'm in. This is all new to me-- I've seen it and even eaten some. I mean @Baron d'Apcher's creations are simply stunning. I won't reach that level 🤣 I have the Charcuterie cookbook by Michael Ruhlman and Brian Polcyn. I'm starting there. I've picked out two recipes. One involves venison that I'll have to find some ingredients for. The other involves seafood and I think I have all of the ingredients here so I'll start with that one. I wish I had some cool shaped molds, but I only have loaf pans.

I'll pay whatever if you can be here in 2 hours and repeat this meal. I'll be the one with my feet up...sipping wine....and drooling.
-
You will love it I bet. And, the sprinkle of cheese would put it to the next level. I always make spinach like that (minus the cheese) when we have Mac and cheese. Goes well together IMO.
-
Love red wine vinegar with sprouts. Also good with cooked down fresh spinach.

I forgot bitchy. I'd be real bitchy too 😬
-
You're getting sympathy from me. I would be dying. And miserable. And dying. And did I say miserable?
-
Thank you! How fun. Never had them before.

Anyone know what kind of mushrooms these are? Misfits has a mystery mushroom box--and they don't label what they are even when you get them. I googled furry white mushrooms and mushrooms that feel like terry cloth to no avail.

@mgaretzI'm so sorry about your dad. @Duvel Sheesh. My company sprang for shitty BBQ once in a while......lol First radishes of the year--Ronnie grew these in a big pot in the greenhouse from ones that had went to seed last year. So had to have a salad and the best calzones I've ever made. I didn't do anything different than I usually do ....ricotta mixed with a lot of cheese and spinach along with pepperoni and Canadian bacon with lots of mozzarella and my usual pizza dough. I could eat these again really soon. Popcorn shrimp and shishitos @Kim Shook's chicken Karaage and sauce with drunken noodles. Had all intentions to do some egg rolls but ran out of time and energy. Breakfast last night. I made biscuits. I suck at biscuits. I even froze and then grated the butter. I think my hands are too hot or something. They were edible at least.

It seems like it's a guest judge every week that specializes in the food that they are supposed to make.
-
OH ok! Didn't know I could do that (is it free?)
-
I don't think Sam ever said that he forgot his potatoes...although, I'm sure the judges knew anyway??? I'd love to watch Last Chance but I don't know where to watch it???
-
Anyone watching? I DVR it so I was 2 episodes behind. Ohhhhh Sam. Tried so hard to sell his grilled potatoes in his "Samdaloo". I really thought the guy that said he couldn't taste due to Covid would not do well. I, so far, am wrong.
