The grinds that you get out of those little blade grinders can vary wildly. In the interest of eliminating variables in the formulas for my findings, I'd go for a good grinder in the beginning, say, a Solis Maestro.

This sounds familiar. I remember "the clean-plate club" and "children are starving in China." To this day, I feel guilty when throwing out food. It's amazing what life-long feelings and values can be programmed into a child during his or her formative years.
Ratatouille, hot or cold. I used to keep a batch in the fridge for guilt-free snacking and as a quick start for a last-minute pasta sauce. The Queen calls it "ra-ta-pooey." So now, I make it when she's out of town.
