  1. how about cantaloupes?
  2. just one note on this - best not to try the inverted positions or bridge when you're going through puberty. i'm still suffering damage i did to my neck when i went into a bridge, and essentially dropped on the top of my head jamming my neck up pretty badly when i was 13 or so.

i don't know. the whole premise seems like bad juju to me. When women, fully clothed still can't walk down some streets without being eve-teased, when kissing is still taboo on film screens, i jsut can't see that a restaurant based on scantily clad female waitresses is gonna work. Unless they have bouncers and it becomes the Indian version of a stripclub. And again, what women other than those desperate for any sort of income, are going to willfully put themselves in a position to get pawed on a regular basis? as for buffalo wings - they will be a big hit with the non-vegetarians, so on that level it could work. even if it is just plain old bad food.
  4. milk is a big acne-inducer for those susceptible to food related bumps. it has to do with insulin levels in the blood - and basically milk is some complicated sugar mixed with water and some fat. yogurt and fullfat cottage cheese are better alternatives.
  5. hey..buckhead beef is right down the street from me.
  6. golden raisins, cardamom, maybe some clove, and some threads of saffron.
  7. oooh...cottage cheese..i forgot about that one. it goes well with peaches, pineapple, mangos.....tuna fish, sweet potatoes.....

    exactly what i'm thinking.
  12. was that you varmint?
  13. i just wanted to say, partly spurred by the peanut butter sadnwich thread that a piece of fluffy white bread, toasted, and slathered with penaut butter and patak's garlic pickle is sublime, and not to be tampered wiht. that is all.
  14. ooh that that thread reminded me....with fall on it's way - chili and stews! they can be done with cheaper cuts of meat in large large batches. cut the chili with some rice, add some cheese and pickled peppers and well there you have it.
  15. i believe every Indian restaurant should have a full row of sinks for handwashing, even if there is only one toilet stall.
  16. get him the big jar of protein powder. it will give him added protein in his smoothies. peanut butter too. it will fill him up, with a full complement of fat, carbs and protein. chocolate protein powder with banana and peanut butter is yummy. and should keep him full for a couple of hours.
  17. canned tuna, a big ass jar of protein powder, and milk so that he can make shakes, eggs, nuts and seeds, dried fruits.....popcorn.....hamburger, cheese....

good lord. i'm offended on so many levels by this.
  19. i use any combination of italian sausage i can find, but i prefer all hot.
  20. zucchini is good in sambars too.
  21. a show where really bad cooks get an intervention. think Queer Eye but only with Ted. families can write in pleading for a Cooking makeover. Ideal candidate does horrible things to vegetables, burns water, basically has no clue how to put ingredients together in order to produce a meal. A chef or a nutritionist can come in and teach the clueless nominee about good food, how to pick produce, how to use a knife.....that sort of stuff. kind of like food 911, but not based on cooking one specific dish. tailor it to the individual. and then have a panel of judges vote on the food, and if they give it the thumbs up, the nominee gets a kitchen remodel.
  22. that dragonb fruit looks like a cousin to passionfruit. is it? and i love tamarind!
  23. you're just wrong! *lol*
  24. i prefer wegmans apple fritters, but i would pick dunkin donuts. krispy kreme does one thing well and that's glazed and raised. not really my favorite donut.
  25. hell you can join me in the no credibility corner soba. if rarely eat spaghetti and if i do it's on a whim and it's bottled sauce.
