It appears that you are part of a pretty impressive team at Ouest.

What are your relationships? Are you the ultimate leader guiding the team, or do you function on a more egalitarian (or is that egulletarian) basis sharing decision-making based on established principles and guidelines according to your areas of expertise? For instance, do you and Pastry Chef Thierrey Busset operate roughly as equals each in your own realm?
