I love to dip them in the Chipotle Mayo at Amazing Hot Dog. I'll sometimes alternate that with sour cream. Ok, sometimes I double dip.

Elsewhere I'll go for brown gravy when it is available.

My daughter (age 8) likes to dip her fries in vanilla shake.

My very favorite in the world, albeit a delicacy I get to sample only once every other year or so, is a chicken fried steak with gravy on the side and steak fries dipped in the delicious cream gravy at Goodson's Cafe in Tomball, Texas.

Under normal circumstances, though, my first choice would be Bearnaise and my second choice would be aioli.

Popeyes- Cocktail sauce (they always have that b-cuz of their shrimp baskets !)

I love cocktail sauce, too, but at Popeye's you dip your fries in the red bean part of the red beans and rice. Then, when the fries are gone, you stir up the red beans and rice and eat those.

You're making me hungry.

Ketchup (if that is all there is) is a poor fourth. Mind you I have not tried making my own ketchup yet so the order of things may change.
