Only thing is, I want to make a dipping sauce for the BBQ wings, but it cannot include sour cream!

This is something I have never made before...Help!

blue cheese + softened cream cheese + s&p + herbs? You could add milk/cream to thin it to dippable consistency...maybe.

A thinned creamed spinach recipe might work...but far be it for me to introduce a vegetable into the snack-fest.

Or do you mean a non-dairy dip? How about mayo doctored with chipotle, wasabi, etc., or just spices/fresh herbs?

Good luck--

Daniel those wings look amazing. Soaked in milk or buttermilk?

Marlene

Practice. Do it over. Get it right.

Mostly, I want people to be as happy eating my food as I am cooking it.

Thank you.. Just soaked in Milk.. Didnt have buttermilk or an inch of room in my fridge for anything else..

I made 120 of them yesterday and have about 60 raw unstuffed ones left.. They were outrageous.. And on the menu for every night this week most likely. .So many left overs..

Didnt have time to take pictures with all the confusion going on.. But I will tale some photos tonight on how the other items turned out.. The cuban sandwiches were really good too..
