the heat varies considerably .
as I recall , the green curry is very hot. green Thai Birds
the others , not so much at all .
if you can get the small cans , try those as their contents are more or less similar taste to the tubs
which have a lot more in the inner packs .
the can vs tub was covered here many years ago .
