I know this is a bit off topic. It only concerns Centrel New Jerseyans so I didn't know where to put it.

The owners of Stage Left have a brand new RADIO SHOW on WCTC 1450 AM. They broadcast Monday-Friday from 11:00 AM to Noon. It's loaded with insight into the restaurant buisness and the guys have tons of good stories. They limit the call-ins to one day per week (Thursday) and I've found their show fascinating. Recent topics have included "Professionalism in The Food and Wine World" with John Fischer, Professor at The Culinary Institute of America and yesterday they had a discussion about Heritage Foods a collection of small farmers doing buisness the old fashioned way.

For those of you who are out of range of CTC there are some shows up on the internet that can be listened to with Quicktime HERE

I thought you did a great job this morning, Rosie. It's nice to put a voice to all of your posts. Thank you for the information about the restaurant in Rahway. I live in the next town over and had no clue about it. One question: Where is the Franks pizza in Edison located?

edit: The radio show tends to cut out anywhere north of Linden on Rt. 1

I like the pizza at Master Pizzas in Bayonne

I think you mean Pizza Masters? I loved San Vito's in Bayonne.

"Well," said Pooh, "what I like best --" and then he had to stop and think. Because although Eating Honey was a very good thing to do, there was a moment just before you began to eat it which was better than when you were, but he didn't know what it was called. - A.A. Milne
