Wahoo carpaccio
The first time through, I read Wahoo as "WAHOOOOO!" I was wondering why you were so excited. Like maybe you just really like ceviche and carpaccio. 
Then, I realized it was probably a fish. Further scrolling confirmed - fish. Where's the facepalm emoji
