Hello everyone!

I'm excited to be a member of the eGullet community. My love of baking inspired me to start Can I Cake, where I make personalized cakes for a variety of occasions in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. I enjoy experimenting with tastes and designs, ranging from traditional tiered cakes to more creative creations—including gluten-free and vegan options.
