Adding on an "outdoor kitchen"

Recommended Posts

Hi new friends!  Hoping anyone out there has had the experience of adding on to their home.  I am undergoing a reconstruction project in our Chicago suburb home.  Included in the specs is an "outdoor kitchen".  Initially the concept was grill and kitchen set up on a covered deck.  It has morphed now to a closed in all season kind of concept with windows all around to capture our surrounding wetlands.  I don't want to build it and realize I forgot something important.  I am putting in a stove and oven with extractor with a stone arch design.  I love the look of the La Cornue stoves.   I don't know about the rest of you, but gas range is a must.  Appreciate any advice from those who have done this kind of venture.  Cheers!
