I found this report in my archives this morning from back in 2011, a report on Vegas Uncork'd, the annual food and wine festival.  It's still going on all these years later, but the Chefs and restaurants have changed.  It's fun to go back and look at the dishes and realize that they've withstood the test of time.  Here are some photos of a competition they used to hoold at the Tuscany Kitchen in Bellagio which was a display kitchen where they held cooking events and classes.
