At @haresfur's suggestion, a Knickerbocker riff using my Polish raspberry liqueur.
- 2 oz Plantation 3 Star rum
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 1/2 oz PF dry curacao
- 1/4 oz raspberry nalewki
- 1/4 oz simple syrup
Shake, strain, up, garnish with raspberries.
Yum!
