Dinner was an Asian style crispy skinned roast chicken with a honey and soy glaze, green beans and a dessert with a nut crust, cream cheese and whipped cream and chocolate pudding.

Early dinner or late lunch was a roast chicken with a honey /soy glaze, and a dessert with layers of a flour, nut, butter crust, sweetened whipped cream and cream cheese next, chocolate pudding and cream cheese again on top. We also had green beans that were left over from Easter.
