I'm an American Cook living and working in Chile. I would really like to get a restaurant stage in the capital of Santiago here. The problem I think will be that I don't have the culinary school degree behind my resume because here it is more about degrees and accreditation more so than the U.S.. How do you guys think I should go about doing that with limited contacts?

You might want tp send a PM to Panaderia Canadiense; she's In Equador, but she may be able to suggest a person/place to contact. She's in the Members list.
