Chinese style hot-pot broth (incl. carrots, celery, onion, ginger, chili, cinnamon, anise, licorice root, Sichuan peppercorns, bay leaves, coriander, soy sauce, rice wine, gochujang, sugar, MSG).
Tofu, mushrooms, kombu, spinach, alkaline noodles.
Dry Sacha sauce (more like powder).
