I think this is a new policy, rather than a limited time promotion. It's a good deal, as long as you're ordering large amounts.

I've been using P's for years. I in the past must have tried all their stuff in the smaller sizes. I now only get the 4 oz or even the 8 oz of the stuff i use routinely.

a nice touch they add a 'sampler' a small container of something to try.

I lucked out: I got 'Country French' for dressing which I used to use and now will do again!
