Looking atthe above ingrediant and what is the differance between maltodextrin you put in protein shakes etc and tapioca forr fat powders or are they both the same thing?

You need to get the N-Zorbit brand of tapioca maltodextrin to make oils into powders. It's the only one that will work. It has something to do with the molecular structure of N-Zorbit, I've heard it explained before but can't remember exactly what the difference is.

I have tried both. Tapioca has much finer structure. I tried fine grinding the protein shake one, to some degree of success but finally gave up and bought a box of sosa brand stuff.
