Question re: Peking Duck Take-out

What temperature is this dish best consumed at? I have it sitting on the counter uncovered (we have A/C) as the lady instructed, but I neglected to ask about heating (if any) instructions.

Are you doing it with the pancakes? I've always had it just slightly warm.

I like it hot so you get that melting fat flooding your palate.

I like to run the duck meat, skin side up under the broiler quickly to heat it and crisp the skin.
