Lots of great cocktail bars in Hamburg and Berlin.

Munich, not so much.

Try Pacific Times, I had some fun there, and also Tabacco is a must-visit.

If you're into Tiki, the local Trader Vic's is one of the better ones, globally, and is half a block from Tabacco.

Munich has Schumanns. I wouldn't call that not so much even though it has a bit of a scene.
