The San Martín: 2 gin, 1 sweet vermouth, 1 tsp Yellow Chartreuse, stir, strain, up, twist.

I remember clearly when I first had this cocktail, which goes to show how good it is considering how much I had that evening.

I'll second that. While not necessary (or, as far as I know, historical), a dash of orange bitters does no harm here.
