Mustard Sauce for Pork

  • 1 T flour
  • 3/4 c milk
  • 1/2 tsp dried mint
  • 3 T dijon mustard
  • 2 T chicken broth
  • 1/4 c sour cream
  • 1/8 tsp pepper

Combine flour, milk and mint in small saucepan until blended, over low heat. Bring to a boil. Cook for 2 minutes.

Stir in mustard and broth. Remove from heat. Whisk in sour cream and pepper.

Serve warm.
