I've avoided buying truffle juice because I can never think of anything that I'd do with it that would both use a whole can and be worth the $$. But if it freezes well, then I could freeze it in usable-sized cubes, and use it as needed. Anyone had any luck with this?

Also, what are the best sources for truffle juice -- preferred brands, etc?

Oh, and favorite uses would be welcome, as well.
