I don't know anything about them, but it looks like they ship caribou/reindeer meat (based in Texas).

As to the livestock, searches for exotic livestock produced a few hits that might help..

I'm sure this place can help you out. They have all sorts of animals I've never seen sold anywhere else (only a small portion listed on their website).

But be warned, they did have a bit of a brush with the law a number of years back over selling some endangered tiger or lion meat or something--given that they otherwise have a good reputation, I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt.
