The same mug I use every morning for my coffee....it keeps my beverage nice and hot until it's finished.

My gosh, that store is massive! The stores around here would be about a tenth that size at most.

Buy a bottle of vodka in order to make a bottle of gin? I think not.

I've oonly seen Ina Garten make lobster mac and cheese as well as lobster bisque, they both looked amazing.

Another good reason to buy the Ipot Mini. 🙄

A friend from years ago had a husband who hated tomatoes also...she was a great cook but I don't know how she could make many recipes without using canned tomatoes and tomato products.....for me that would be pretty hard, I use tomatoes a lot especially in winter dishes.

I have a Zo induction rice cooker that I love love love. It's quantity is way bigger than I need but it makes every kind of rice one can imagine. Perfect rice every single time...I usually use the timer so it's ready when I am and keeps warm for a long time. They make a smaller rice maker but its footprint isn't that much smaller and it costs more than the one I have.

I've been using Walmart's free delivery* service for a few months now. It's great for staples but, of course there's no 'fresh foods' available that way. I get that from my nearby grocery. The Walmart prices are often better than the US Amazon prices. With Amazon lately I've seen no shipping charges even with purchases less than $25...U am a Prime member. Don't know if this is new policy or because I use my Prime Points but is definitely different from before. *(free delivery with minimum purchase) Edited to add: they tout 'two day delivery', however, at least here that means only if the item is in the local Walmart...anything other than that can take up to a week. Sometimes my order will come in four separate shipments on different days depending on where the items originate.

Uh oh.....I feel a new snack coming on.

Not Kim but I use a push-pin. I store it poked into a wine cork.

Fritos have a strong corny taste that verges on hominy and they're oily.

This morning's breakfast was waffles with syrup and fried eggs on top and a side of link sausage.

I steamed my eggs over simmering water on the stove top for 12 minutes (two different times) and the eggs were not done. How long should I have cooked them?

Does it matter if rack is on the bottom or middle?

Mine were mean (like that) as well although I've always been appreciative of that. There's very very few things I don't care to eat and will try most anything new. I feel sorry for those I know who are picky eaters when I know that they haven't ever tried many of those things they think they don't like. Some will try something once and never again not realizing that foods prepared differently by different people can taste very different.

Me either....I don't know exactly what it is but, while I like almost every other salty cracker or crisp, I've never liked Fritos.

I remember my brother going on a Boy Scout outing in the 50's when the boys had to provide their own food within a certain dollar amount. One item he took was Kraft mac 'n cheese at $0.07 cents a box. How times have changed.
