I will never again try to operate my instant pot while I am having my third glass of wine... Called customer support to find out why my ip wouldn't work and the display showed UN. Turns out whe I'm standing over the pot the top of the letters ON is out of my vision. DUh.

I discovered this cleaner for stainless...it is pure magic! The mfr. also makes the best glass cleaner. Two times I've put new glass surrounds in bathrooms and the installers (different companies each time) told me to use the Sprayway product on them (never Windex). I've also used the stainless cleaner on my gas stove top and it came out looking like new even though it's not stainless. Back to Dish Towels now.

I bought a tub of this, the sharp cheddar with horseradish. OMG it's SO good! The only crackers I had on hand were Ritz and some bagel chips. Yesterday I went to the store specifically for another tub and for some Wheat Thins and Triscuits. The stuff is amazing.

Thanks for all that information! I love cabbage rolls but almost never make them because of the hassle with the cabbage leaves, your method looks so much easier and I will try it!

I learned about Todd's here and as a lover of good hot sauce, I ordered a bottle. It is the best I’ve ever tasted. i now have two more bottles on order, I want to put it on everything.

I keep butter in my porcelain butter keeper on the counter year round. Never tastes off and nothing ever gets into it. Sure beats trying to spread ice cold butter onto toast.

The very best chicken I've ever had is from a recipe for Red Devil chicken done on our outdoor gas grill with rotisserie. Red Devil Chicken 1 four-pound chicken, rinsed and patted dry 1/3 cup dry white wine 1/3 cup olive oil 2 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice 2 garlic cloves, crushed in a garlic press (more is better) 2 tsp dried oregano 2 tsp crushed hot red-pepper flakes 1/2 tsp coarse salt Marinate the chicken for up to two hours. Mount on rotisserie and cook approximately 1-¼ to 1-½ hours.

Yesterday I had lunch at a favorite Mexican restaurant and brought home half of my huge burrito. Today I decided to have the leftovers for lunch and in a moment of brilliance thought it'd be a good idea to re-heat it in the CSO in the bottom half of the styrofoam container! After about five minutes I came to my senses and thought, maybe that's not a good idea. I tipped the whole thing onto a plate, chipped the styrofoam off of the rack and put the plat back in the oven. It's still in the oven but I'm hoping it won't taste weird. Reminds me me of a favorite joke: What did the cannibal say when he ate the clown? ”This tastes funny!”

I will never again cook broccoli and place the leftovers in the fridge and forget about them. When I found them I threw them into the the garbage trolley in the garage. A few days later when my cleaning woman came she announced when aha entered, “Is there a dead animal in here?) She could smell the broccoli clear from the garage, it was so foul!

I hope I didn't make too big a mistake with my Orangecello; I removed the half vanilla bean and, because I didn't check the recipe carefully enough I went ahead and drained the liquid and tossed the orange peels. The recipe actually said to remove the bean and continue to steep the peels for another day or two. Oops. Had no option other than to plunge ahead so I added a cup of simple syrup to the mix and it's now in the fridge. (I did take a taste of the mix after removing the bean but it was very harsh.) I'll take another taste today to see what it's like now that it's finished and chilled.

I recently watched an episode of ATK where they made a Korean Rice Bowl dish using this ingredient. icanotdinditherei my grocery stores (not a surprise) so I'll have to order it (what would I do without Amazon?) The hosts highly recommended the product for use in many other recipes. I'd never heard of it before but the recipe really looks good and I intend to try it. Has anyone here used Gochujang?

I have a Cuisinart rotisserie that I got maybe 10 years ago Shown here. I assure you I did not pay $900 for it! Closer to <$200 then. I still have it but haven't used it in several years. The footprint is really big so storing is not easy, particularly for someone with a small apartment/kitchen. Also besides being hard to clean I really don't think it does any better a job than a regular oven, I wouldn’t recommend one.

I have loads because I am always in search of the 'perfect' dish towel. They are microfiber, ribbed, cotton, thick, thin, large, and medium. ATK actually did a test to find the best kitchen towel; yes, I have a few of the winner. I now think there really is no perfect towel. It's more about its fitting the purpose at the moment.

I got right about that same time, Jo. The fan in mine has become pretty noisy too. Glad to know there's another 1-1/2years on the warranty.

Something similar happened to me once at Costco. I was waiting at the check out line and the woman behind me pointed to the case of wine in my cart and said, "Is that wine good"? Feeling particularly cranky at the moment, I said, "No, I take it home and pour it down the drain". I mean DUH! I shouldn't have said that but I did..

I've made Ina Garten's recipe several times and I love it. Recipe here. Maybe her recipe can give you some ideas.
