The Pork Steak was cubed and then sautéed in a bit of olive oil in the Instant Pot. 1/2 cup Pork Bone Broth, 1/2 cup Orange Juice, a splash of Lime Juice, ground Cumin, dried Mexican Oregano, Kosher Salt, ground Black Pepper and lots of minced Garlic were whisked together and poured over the browned pork, then cooked on High Pressure for 30 minutes, Natural Release for 15 minutes. The pork was transferred to a foil lined sheet pan, 1/3 of the cooking liquid was spooned over the meat and broiled in the oven for 5 minutes. 10. Thank you Kim. Nothing special really. Melted a bit of butter in a small non-stick pan; briefly scrambled the egg in a bowl with a fork; poured the egg into the pan and, using a spatula, pulled the edges of the egg to the center of the pan so the uncooked part came in contact with pan. When it was mostly set, I chopped the egg and sprinkled on the shredded cheese and gently tossed until the cheese was mostly melted.

  20. Just made my first batch of pinto beans in the IP. Rinsed and soaked 1 lb. of beans for one hour. Sautéed 1 cup diced onion and 3 cloves minced garlic, in 2 Tbsp. bacon drippings, in the pot, just until softened. Added drained beans, 1 cup pork bone broth, 4 cups water and 3 dried red chile peppers to pot and cooked at High Pressure for 20 minutes. Then Natural Release for 25 minutes. Tasted for seasoning and added salt. Covered the pot with glass lid and simmered for 20 minutes on slow cook setting. Very happy with the results!
