Blasphemy ribs for the 4th - two ways - normal and char siu style. Served with fresh-picked local green beans.

Ours is still going strong. Great oven, only a so-so air fryer.

Do they allow visits? Didn't see anything about that on their site.

Chipolatas (grilled) with baked beans. This was the "Cumberland Recipe" chipolatas, whatever that means. They were good but very peppery. The chipolatas I remember were milder and shorter.

It looks interesting but I wonder if they will be coming out with different sized dicing units. The bigger, Paradice 16, offers multiple sizes including a 3mm cube size.

Simple burgers on the grill but with fresh picked Brentwood corn from the farm behind my house (the shot is from my fence). They have harvested already but a lot of corn is left on the stalks so they let us pick it.

I heated them up, so yes! (I think they were Bush's Maple and Brown Sugar.)

I use a 3QT Instant Pot, makes as little as 1 "cup" of rice (their included mini cup). For Basmati or any other long grain white rice, 1 cup of rice, rinsed, 1 cup of water, 4 minutes on high pressure (not the rice program) and natural release. Natural release is the key to keeping the rice from sticking to the pot. Before that I used a 5 cup rice cooker - pretty sure it was a Panasonic - because it could make as little as 1 cup. Fuzzy logic and all that. It worked but no better than the IP so I gave it away when we moved. After all that, 1 cup cooked is still a lot of rice. If we have leftovers of the main dish that's fine, but if not I will vacuum pack and freeze the rest. Heats up nice in the MW.
