  1. from experience, i'd say this happens about 50 - 75% of the time. if an extra is made of something by accident then it makes more sense to give that single item to a single person rather than to a party of people. and, mistakes/misfires happen all the time.
  2. not sure if my jewish dad counts (he'll be 65 in april) but he LOVES to cook & is great in the kitchen. his love for cooking came after he & my mom divorced and he married his 2nd wife (aka the "Y" <why!!> wife), who was a chef. now he & his "z" wife get to enjoy his love of cooking nightly (as do i when i make it back east). AND he makes a mean "Bouchon" roasted chicken AND has given TK some tips for improvement
  3. i suggest anyone who has a baby who doesn't sleep or nap read this book: The Baby Whisperer and reclaim your life. it worked for me and i started my bebe off at 9 months. then you can eat whatever you want, whenever you want.

    Wine Clubs

I work at a small winery and we are toying with the idea of setting up a wine club. initially, there would only be 1 shipment mailing and one allocation mailing. meaning, in the spring we'd send everyone a 3 btl selection of our spring releases and then they would have the opportunity to buy more at a "club" price". in the fall we'd send the members a notice of what their allocation is for our fall release and give them 30 days to take their allocation. let me know what you think... the cost of the spring release would be about $120 and the fall allocation would run about $500 or so. any and all thoughts and advice will be greatly appreciated!!
