How do I ask them to cook for me off menu? I have a good friend in town and we are going this weekend.

I'm pretty sure you can buy liang fen at a chinese supermarket. Toss it with some sesame oil, scallions, chilie oil, maybe some sesame sauce, garlic, oooh you are good to go.

Honey Glazed ham I think is a Hunan dish, not cantonese. Ruby Pork, if it is the whole pork shank it is a Shanghai dish. And the tofu and crab is a Shanghai dish. I've had a very good crab roe and tofu dish at a local Shanghainese restaurant. -
I heard they fired Emily after Rocco got locked out.

If you have a large appetite, I would suggest the tasting menu. If not, the beet salad, jewish pizza, wienerschinitzel, and kaiserchmarren are tasty.

I like Vancouver for a dining destination, great Chinese food, seafood, and sushi.

I made pot roast and ended up eating that for 2-3 days. It was worth it though.

Emily is LAME. She has a fake British accent. I think she's from Florida and lived in London for a year and decided to talk like that.

My friends always appreciate mochi. I've bought this kind made by monks. It's wrapped in some type of leaf. And is BEAUTIFUL looking. It dosen't keep though. You gotta pass it out and make sure people eat it fast.

I think Shanghai food has more braised dishes and is heartier, takes a lot of labor though. It is also refined. Large quantities of pork fat. -

Don't go to Lavande, nasty overpriced food. You can try Geoffrey's in Malibu. It has a great view, you should reserve for brunch.

There is a Shanghai dish of jellyfish heads that is stir fried with lots of scallions and a little bit of garlic and chiles. It's very delicious.

If you don't like the smell, I would suggest trying the natto with packs of shiso sauce. It has a strong enough flavor to balance out the assertiveness of natto.

Rocco went to visit Italy, ate at a vineyard or something and liked Antonio's food. He decided to bring Antonio to NYC for a visit so he could update Rocco's menu.

Tony is very nice person. Rocco wasn't very nice to him for all of Tony's loyalty. Rocco treated him horribly.

Jeffrey is a lot more reasonable than Rocco.

Basically as an investor, Rocco's wasnt' making money. JC came in to change some management styles and clashed with Rocco. Rocco took it really personally. That's all I'm going to say. The show will be good, of course i'm biased.

THe lawsuit is real. Rocco and Jeffrey had many disagreements on how to run the restaurant.
