  3. You never heard of Irish Stew? The pic above shows you what it looks like...normally potatoes, chunks of lamb or beef maybe veal if you're feeling frisky, carrots, onion, beef broth, you know, Irish Stew!

    I have 2 signature dishes and they both come before the entree. I usually do one or the other for guests... Roasted Garlic Soup with a small filet of Seared Turbot placed on the top or Seared Foie Gras with Sherry Vinegar Reduction
