Sometimes.,like at Ambria in Chicago I love the traditonal silver service and silver chargers and the cloches sp?...i just the love the custom of it and the formality...you know you are in a place that takes its food, or at the least, the service seriously...

Suvir, im sorry for making a mistake. i didnt catch the towel in the turning process. Both pics have 2 different containers, one appears to have walnuts or pecans in it and the other doesn't. i dont think I was being completely wacko in thinking they were possibly two different batches. 201 - get the book - I think you will really enjoy it...its a great great book and was the first book I used when I first started cooking- I still use it and need to buy a new one since my original is completely worn out-ask Aurora...I showed it to her tonight...its in quite an interesting condition...ANYWAY PLEASE GO GET THE BOOK TOMORROW otherwise I WILL HAVE TO SEND YOU A COPY!
