  5. I have to say I do not measure. Do it all by instinct. Always good - maybe not consistant. Relax - we have done bread for ages and it works without overthinking. OK slap me now
  6. Figs are just who they are.Sometimes majestic and sometimes goofy. BUT the big leaves smell/taste like coconut and make a good wrap in a tamale kind of way. Play

  20. I do not care for the rice/nori/spam thing. A bit of glaze and grilled nekked - my people are happy. Maybe Kings Hawaiian sweet bread with King's Hawaiian Rolls Original Hawaiian Sweet Rolls 12 ct.

    @JoNorvelleWalker arrowroot is way different from cornstarch in terms of thickening and appearnce. Glad your dish pleased in the end
