Went to Costco a few days ago to begin restocking the freezer. Its 1/2 empty. Meat section was back to its full span but the beef was about 50% higher priced. It costs more now to grow a cow? I think not. Really pisses me off. Just like the price ofK95 masks is about 1000X higher than pre-COVID How is this not price gouging? If this was Home Depot marking up plywood before a hurricane it would be prosecuted.

Vinegar, mustard, salt, turmeric all tastes the same to me. I like the stuff on hot dogs, where dijon is an abomination; but not on brats where yellow is horrid. It's ok in certain potato salads and deviled eggs/egg salad... and to stretch... combined w ketchup on a bad burger.

I'm suspicious of the addition of a water softener to a DW. Just one more thing to have to pay to replace. Our fridge has one, but thankfully there's a plug that will replace the filter when you get tired of replacing them at $30 a pop.

210 F with steam. Obviously the steam generator is at least 2 degrees hotter than 210. I wonder what's the real temp in the oven when its set to 210 with steam.
