I had spent all my life in Paris, France, until I moved to San Diego > 10 years ago. I still feel very French at the core.

My current culinary goals are to increase my knowledge of French cooking, and also to get to learn local ingredients better, so I can incorporate them into my every day cooking.

My favorite type of cuisine is French bistro, but I try not to limit myself.
