pulled some chicken legs to get them out of the freezer. Roasting now with some salt and pepper. Will glaze with some Sweet Baby Ray's sauce. Mr. Ron's coleslaw is available at most Acme's and now most Shoprites in NJ. It is a PA product I first was only able to find down the Shore at Acme. I find it so much better than I can do that it is my go to and I no longer make t from scratch.

woman/women I can only speak for myself but I adore all of the eG travels. I have learned so much and enjoyed places I can never go …. or have gotten suggestions of places to go( see Newfoundland). Funny I ran into a lady who had property in Manitoulin while in Newfoundland last year and she knew of Kerry. Ran into a couple last year in Newfoundland who came from the Oganganaka and when I mentioned some of the places I have learned of the were amazed I had ever heard of them.

HHH here. Small dollop of potato salad, small dollop of Mr. Ron's coleslaw from the store, small bowl of horseradish sweet pickle chips, small bowl of 3 bean salad and a sliced yellow mortgage lifter tomato.

Woke up starving. Toasted a piece of bread, minced red pepper, minced onion, some smoked ham and an egg. Voila - western sandwich....with Miracle Whip and ketchup. 😉

Thank you so much. I adore your trips to one of the best places on earth that you and a dear friend (whose family still live just north of Saint John's to this day} introduced me to. Maybe one day our path's may cross in the Irish Loop.....😘

OH, GREAT. Just got a text from John he is heading home in an hour or so. John NEVER heads home from trips before 7 or so ... now I have to figure out something to feed him ( I have been living off of salads, sandwiches, sautéed veg and pickled veg … none of which he likes to eat). Shrimp and pasta, pasta and shrimp. I figured I wouldn't have to do anything until tomorrow...…. Well, while finishing up the shrimp fried rice I was making I got a text that started... "To make a long story short...." Uh, no. You are Irish and are required to make a short story long and convoluted.... Shrimp fried rice in the fridge using Jet Tila's "gold on ivory" way of making it.

I SO want fish cakes with schrunchions …. and tartar sauce with Cholula chile lime. Reminds me of when I would visit my mom and she would make a "breakfast" of flounder, bacon, boiled potatoes and lima beans. 29 years and I miss her like crazy. Sorry...all
