If it has the bone in...its done when it can be wiggled free, otherwise 190 is the target temp oven, crockpot, gas grill, weber kettle, offset smoker, I have done em all...they're all good. not all perfect but all good tracey

Glenn the chocolate "frosting" you want is Ganache. It is a thing of beauty and not too hard, I did it. At christmas I made a chocolate cake filled with white chocolate mousse (which crashed and had to be remelted and rewhipped) and topped with ganache just poured over and running down the sides tracey

Re: tuna salad Take a giant can dophin free tuna dump entire contents into large mixing bowl. Add celery onion...etc Add enough breadcrumbs to make stiff paste then add mayonaisse and pepper it sure dont need salt how do you make a 15lb meatloaf out of 5 lbs of meat? tracey

I can say I really really enjoyed the amuse at Petrossian in NY...I think it was my first also. A little tower of tuna tartar with a sesame dressing. But I must say on my last trip to a lovely restaurant with "a diverse bread basket" I didnt get no damn bread...and it often comes with a chunk of Parigiano Reggiano...when it comes tracey

I love Iceland, I miss Iceland and one of the best thing was the Food. Ok yes I ate the damn shark and it is foul, I ate the testicles, waitress said "you call them Balls,no?" I had the dried fish (hardefisker) all washed down with Brennivan -aka- Black Death, but the worst thing I had there was pickled herring....loved the world over, almost made me hurl. But the roasted lamb is to die for, lobster soup, great bread, hotdogs arent bad, good pastries, the teeny shrimp, and the Butter. Hot Cocoa covered in mountains of real whipped cream and chocolate shavings....at the mall food court yet...even a real cup and saucer. tracey

First I want that grill...then I want a lamb to cook in it and we call chimichurri....chimichurri I cook a boneless leg of lamb often on the grill, I coat it with olive oil, garlic, paprika, oregano and salt and pepper. that looks wonderful tracey
