@ambra I have been purchasing this wine since 2006. The 2017 is young, dark fruited plum, cherry, cocoa, some mint and tannins are soft and acidity brings a lightness to the dark fruit.

the Ron Zacapa 23 is a sipping rum. I wouldn't mix with it. Smith and Cross is great for mixed drinks.

I cooked dinner for 5 outside at a friends backyard we started with Maine bafun uni on shiso leaves next an heirloom tomato and buffalo mozzarella salad grilled rack of lamb and chanterelles

thanks. they were cut lengthwise in half lightly olive oiled and seasoned with ground cumin, coriander a little turmeric and cayenne. roasted on a parchment lined sheet pan in a 400 degree hot oven 20-25 minutes

Drove up to a friend's county house for the weekend. Brought food for dinner with us. These steaks were frozen solid and in my yeti. in order to be defrosted for dinner we took to the dashboard defrost. tomato salad with olive oil and salt, fresh corn with butter, and grilled steak. red burgundy

These radishes were not that pristine. I've had radishes like this at Nomad in NYC. You dip the cold dry radish in barely melted sweet butter and chill on parchment or silpat. and I have been a wine collector for many years. It's a fun hobby
