Just edited this to add Cosimo’s Trattoria, 194 Broad Street, Bloomfield (973-429-0558); BYO.

Do you have any restaurants to add to this list?

I believe that Osteria Giotto on Midland Avenue in Montclair is open Mondays. I know that they are closed on Tuesdays. It's become one of my favorite local restaurants.

Rosie, You need to take Epernay off the list. Several months ago, Mark and Courtney changed their days of operation to open for brunch only on Sunday and closed on Monday.

Rosie, you have to take Fink's off the list as his restaurant exists.
