Raspberry Bars

I'm looking for a great Raspberry Bar recipe??? I need the recipe today as this will be baked off tomorrow and served on Sunday! THANKS!!!

The older version of cook's illustrated raspberry bars is posted here. I like these a lot. They also use raspberry preserves. I haven't tried the new recipe yet.

The new CI recipe is incredible. It adds in some fresh or frozen raspberries in addition to the preserves. Get a copy of the mag. Its also got an awesome fajita recipe.

I am not sure what raspberry bars are, but I highly recommend this Raspberry and Brown Sugar Coffee Cake.

I just remembered I made some berry bars. Here is the recipe. They are made with blueberries and raspberry jam. Berry-Berry Streusel Bars

I love the combination of raspberry and coconut. Another really good combo is raspberries, white chocolate and pinenuts..

I'll second Alinka's thumbs up on the Epicurious coconut-oatmeal-raspberry bars. They're easy, elegant, and most importantly, scrumptious! I always get requests for the recipe when I make them!
