I am looking for retail sources for flavorings and extracts. I bake alot and I seem to run through it very fast. Any suggestions or information would be greatly appreciated.

If quantity and price is more of a concern than selection, you might want to buy a huge bottle of La Vencedora vanilla. I was skeptical when I first purchased it, after hearing about the issues with vanilla from Mexico, but this brand is safe, cheap and tastes good (if not better) than some other vanillas.

Or get a bottle of Jim Beam and make your own. Throw 3 or 4 beans (your choice, but I like Madagaskar (spelling...I know) when you can find them. Leave it alone on a dark shelf for 6 months and your holiday baking is covered! I've seen other flavors done with vodka...but I've only done the vanilla.
