Aloha! This is so interesting! I certainly sympathize with your plight of the termite damage! No

matter what inspections take place the dreaded wall opening reaveals some nasty news! We have been through that very same thing last year, we had to have supports brought in to beam

up the ceiling and rip out everything and re-build walls.........I can't even describe the headaches

involved and the frustration and mess from the work! You are in my thoughts and keep going,

you will be so happy in the end! Thanks for keeping us all updated! A hui ho :smile:
