Restaurant Gaia in Greenwich in the space fka Dome, Fka Betrand, is getting some good buzz on the street. Any feedback??

If you don't eat your meat, you can't have any pudding. How could you have any pudding if you don't eat your meat!??

Nice food, some of it cooked and presented in jars, (steamed and presented in the vessel it was cooked in) but I have heard nothing but good things. The building itself is beautiful. if you go post a report and let us know what you think.

We're going there for Christmas dinner. Anyone been since this thread started so long ago?

How was your xmas dinner there?

I went over the summer...loved it. It's one of the more ambitious restaurants in this area outside of NYC.

Nothing to see here.
