Please keep in mind that 1 (ONE) Krispy Kreme Doughnut has the same amount of calories as 1 (ONE) BIG-MAC, and let me tell you, they're a hell of a lot less filling... :cool:

According to the respective companies' web sites, a Big Mac has 580 calories, while a Krispy Kreme glazed yeast doughnut has 200.

Krispy Kreme has chosen to celebrate Doughnut Day and the whole summer season with a new product -- a Key Lime doughnut that comes with Key Lime custard filling, graham cracker crumbles, and cream cheese frosting.
